What we collect
You can browse every camp without signing in, and we don't ask you for anything while you do.
To save camps or plan your summer, you sign in. We use your email address to send you sign-in links, and we keep it so you can sign in again. After your first sign-in we ask for your ZIP code.
If you sign in with Google, Google also shares your name and profile picture. Our sign-in service stores them with your account, but the site doesn't use them.
Besides your email address, we store your ZIP code, the camps you save, the week your summer starts, and your kids with their summer plans. We don't use your ZIP code for anything yet, and we'll update this page before we do.
Kid profiles
When you add a child, we store the name you give them, their summer plan (a camp, or family or other care, for each week), and their school district, which is Fulton County Schools for now. If you fill in more of their kid profile, we also store their birth month, their grade, the kinds of camps they like, and the camps you save for them with the days you pick.
We use the birth month to work out your child's age, so we never ask for the day they were born. The school district tells us which days your child is off school. Any name works, including a nickname.
Other parents and visitors can't see your kid profiles. The site's owner and Supabase can access them, as they can everything stored, to run the service. This site is for parents, and we don't collect anything from children themselves.
What stays in this browser
Only your sign-in session stays in this browser, so the site knows it's you when you come back. The camps you save, your kids and their summer plans are stored in your account, so they're there on any device.
Signing out removes the session. The site itself doesn't set cookies, though Google or Supabase may set their own during sign-in.
Where it's kept
Your account and everything saved in it are stored with Supabase, which runs our database, sign-in and sign-in emails. Vercel hosts the site. Like most web services, they keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the service. We don't sell or share your information, and the site has no ads or analytics.
Getting your data deleted
Email jeff@costatechnologies.com from the address you sign in with and we'll delete your account and everything saved in it.
